Adding in Concentrate AI to Routing Integrations.

Problem to solve

Concentrate AI is similar to OpenRouter where it offers access to models through a single API. The part about Concentrate that is appealing for their user base is that it offers tokens at no markup price so essentially face value. I am writing this feature request to follow the guide of contribution so I can work on an integration guide for Concentrate AI!

Proposed solution

Opening a PR and then working my way through the codebase to understand how to add an integration partner in to point to Concentrate's base URL and then testing with their models to see which ones work and with what capabilities.

Affected: Thousands of individual devs + YC Companies use Concentrate and we're trying to increase integrations.
Severity: Not Critical
Frequency: N/A
Consequences: Will allow for seamless integration.
