Summary

On desktop QQ, the command preview in QQ Bot exec approval messages is rendered as a horizontally scrollable code block. On mobile QQ it wraps correctly. This makes it hard to review the full command before approving.

QQBot agent 发起 exec 审批时，手机端命令预览可以自动换行完整显示；但 PC 端不会自动换行，需要左右拖动滚动条。审批长命令时很不方便，希望 PC 端也能自动换行，或者提供 plain/wrapped preview 格式。

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure QQ Bot with exec approvals enabled.
2. Let the agent request approval for a long shell command.
3. Open the approval message on QQ desktop client.
4. The command preview appears in a horizontally scrollable code block instead of wrapping.

Expected behavior

The command preview should wrap on desktop QQ so the full command can be reviewed at a glance before approving.

Actual behavior

Desktop QQ shows the command preview as a code block with horizontal scrolling. Mobile QQ wraps it correctly.
