Problem
There's no way to browse, share, or install widgets today — every widget has to be hand-authored or copy-pasted in. This is the WordPress-like plugin-install experience operators keep asking for (#66138), and it's currently entirely missing.

Add a browse/install surface in the Workspaces UI that writes new entries into the
widgetsRegistrysection ofworkspace.json, routed through the same L5 approval flow (#101098) that already gates custom-widget installs — install-from-URL is just a new entry point into that existing gate, not a new one.References
