+- **BREAKING:** Agents now load at most one root memory bootstrap file. `MEMORY.md` wins; `memory.md` is only used when `MEMORY.md` is absent. If you intentionally kept both files and depended on both being injected, merge them before upgrade. This also fixes duplicate memory injection on case-insensitive Docker mounts.
