make ci[email protected]: created a disposable 2x2 native Docs table; validated the dry-run request; applied a dashed 2pt top border, solid 1pt remaining borders, 9pt padding with a 0pt right override, and middle alignment across the table; confirmed all values throughdocs raw; permanently deleted the fixture
