feat(docs): add site dark mode (#322)
Add a persistent system, light, and dark theme preference to the generated documentation site, with early theme application, synchronized browser theme color, accessible controls, generated-output coverage, and release notes. Co-authored-by: Josh McKinney <[email protected]>
