• Implement a weaver resolve registry command to resolve the registry (reference and extend clauses). This goal, will require to define the registry section of the resolved telemetry schema.

The goal of this first milestone is to add value to the semantic convention initiative as quickly as possible, while simultaneously starting the broader work of specifying the concept of the Application Telemetry Schema.
