Hi, I am a contributor of apache rocketmq, which is interested in openTelemetry. As a popular messaging system, we wish the specified attributes of rocketmq could be added to the opentelemetry specification.

We may start a new pull request recently about this issue, is there anything that I should pay extra attention to?
