Problem: pie installation in Windows is looking for the following artifact name but not found in
1.2.1releaseSolution: Updated the
BUILD_NAMEvariable in.github/workflows/build.ymlto usex86_64instead ofx64to fix the Windows pie installation. Also, fix thesetup-php-sdkgha action workflow by updating its version.
