graphql-java-commonmodule tographql-java-common-12.0to align with the new module naming convention:<library>-common-<major.minor>for modules holding shared code requiring minimum library version.The packages inside the newly renamed
graphql-java-common-12.0are also updated to align with the new naming convention:io.opentelemetry.instrumentation.graphql.common.v12_0
