This PR renames the
ktor-2-commonmodule toktor-common-2.0to align with the new module naming convention:<library>-common-<major.minor>for modules holding shared code requiring minimum library version.The packages inside the newly renamed
ktor-common-2.0are also updated to align with the new naming convention:io.opentelemetry.instrumentation.ktor.common.v2_0
