these are already listed as library dependencies

I think that tests were moved when support for metro 3.0 was added, I guess moving them back is fine. |

jaxws:jaxws-2.0-metro-2.2-testinginto the mainjaxws:jaxws-2.0-metro-2.2directory as it seems unnecessary to have them as separate modules
