Existing Sample Changes
Description
oneVPL is exiting oneAPI and plans to be fully removed by 2024.0 beta. This is due to strategy change where VPL will become a GPU driver component and Intel will focus on industry standards like FFmpeg and GStreamer for oneAPI's cross-accelerator/cross-vendor goals.
