Issue(s)

https://oktainc.atlassian.net/browse/OKTA-930147
The customer is using Okta SDK 20.0.0 (JAVA).

When the SDK is being used to create a SAML2.0 application, the defaultRelayState does not get saved.

Description

To ensure defaultRelayState is persisted when creating a SAML 2.0 application using the Java SDK, we need to explicitly set an empty app object in the SamlApplicationSettings.
