The customer is using Okta SDK 20.0.0 (JAVA).
When the SDK is being used to create a SAML2.0 application, the
defaultRelayStatedoes not get saved.Description
To ensure defaultRelayState is persisted when creating a SAML 2.0 application using the Java SDK, we need to explicitly set an empty app object in the SamlApplicationSettings.
