This string must not be freed early, because it is used by caml_sys_get_argv, so we should just let it "leak" like many other global "caml_stat_*" blocks.

Yeah, it could be called a leak. A string leaks on each runtime initialization. And not only a single string, but lots of other heap-allocated blocks. The "problem" (which only manifests itself when loading and unloading the runtime repeatedly) is solved properly by |

Just a couple of trivial mishaps that were introduced in #795. Found this with Valgrind while testing #71.
