Currently, ocamldoc html generator produces nested
<pre>tags inside short module description.A symptom of this problem is the appearance of a quite unpredictable number of blank lines in the rendering of the corresponding html pages.
This PR proposes to fix this problem by symply closing the current
<pre>tags before the list of modules elements (which are themselves already wrapped in a<pre>tag) and reopening a<pre>after this list of elements.
