feat: add new command 'Add all Query File Defaults properties' #3317

Internal changes:

  • Refactor (prefix: refactor - non-breaking change which only improves the design or structure of existing code, and making no changes to its external behaviour)
  • Tests (prefix: test - additions and improvements to unit tests and the smoke tests)

Description

This builds on work done for:

Make it easy for users to add all Query File Defaults properties to the current file, by adding a new command:

  • Tasks: Add all Query File Defaults properties

Motivation and Context

To make it easier to write the user docs for Query File Defaults.

How has this been tested?

  • Exploratory testing.

As well as fixing SonarCloud errors, it restores the
intended behaviour of the tests.
