Currently, the Breaking Change and Changelog messages are only in English and Russian, which can make it difficult for Brazilian developers to understand and adopt important changes.

I would like to request the addition of the pt-br (Brazilian Portuguese) language in the Breaking Change and Changelog messages. This would help Portuguese-speaking developers easily understand significant changes and important updates in the project versions.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I consider adding pt-br to the Changelog and Breaking Change messages as mentioned in #383 to be the most effective solution, as many Brazilian developers are not familiar with English.
