Is your feature request related to a problem?

We would like to start using continuous integration (CI) with this project for several reasons, but the primary driver is as a prerequisite for utilizing Greenkeeper for dependency management.

Simple CI pipeline to ensure all dependencies can be installed, the project can be built and the package is created successfully.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Other CI platforms were considered, but Azure DevOps was a front-runner. Since it is now free for open-source projects, this became a no-brainer.
