Autoprefixer causing warnings on compilation

## Describe the bug
Anytime `gulp build` is run, autoprefixer gives warnings about the browserlist.

## To Reproduce
Run `gulp build` in an nvQuickTheme project.

## Expected behavior
No warnings.
