`tw` autocomplete utility regex improvements

E.g. the function variant would be:

```
"tw\\(\\s*('(.*?)'|\"(.*?)\")\\s*\\)"
```

Noticed the first and last class do not have IntelliSense enabled with the above regex though and I am not sure why.
