📚 Description

Added support for Kazakh language (Қазақша) with the 'kk' locale code.

Changes include:

• Created a new localization file kk.ts with translations for all UI components
• Added the Kazakh locale export to index.ts

Adding Kazakh localization extends the interface accessibility for Kazakh-speaking users and increases the total number of supported languages in the project.
