Option to disable using @nuxt/image with UAvatar, etc.

### Description

Requesting for a way to use fallback `img` instead of `NuxtImg` when `@nuxt/image` is installed. Like for my use case, I'm using Nuxt Content and Nuxt Image for blogs and their images while using NuxtHub with `blob` enabled for user upload images. Sadly, `@nuxt/image` doesn't have a provider for NuxtHub.
