This follows up on a todo in gh-23981. The entry point was always installed correctly, but the test was not handling the case where only
spinis used: that does not go throughmeson-python, and meson-python is the component responsible for installing the entry point.In addition, there's more variation in the value of
PyDEBUGthat I ran into, for which the test needed a tweak.
