I'm opening this issue because:

• npm is crashing.
• npm is producing an incorrect install.
• npm is doing something I don't understand.
• npm is producing incorrect or undesirable behavior.

What's the feature?

Whenever npm run 'script' is unable to find 'script', display a list with all possible available scripts.

What problem is the feature intended to solve?

Improves the user experience.

Is this feature similar to an existing feature in another tool?

git and npm does a similar thing whenever a built in command is misspelled:
