First, may I just say - this is a great feature, and thanks Emill for adding support for this.

I'm using 6.0.0-rc.2 and wanted to make use of the feature - however, I'm hitting an error whenever I declare a property as a BigInteger (or use a conversion to BigInteger) - it seems to give me the following error, which seems independent of whether I specify a [Column(TypeName="numeric")]:

The property 'X' is of type 'BigInteger' which is not supported by the current database provider. Either change the property CLR type, or ignore the property using the '[NotMapped]' attribute or by using 'EntityTypeBuilder.Ignore' in 'OnModelCreating'.

Do we also need to somehow register support for the BigInteger type?
