MODI VOWEL SIGN II and MODI VOWEL SIGN I obscures Repha #15
Description
Defect Report
The repha is obscured by the I and II vowel signs. This can probably be fixed by simply moving it after the vowel sign, but I do not have enough knowledge about designing fonts to give concrete fixes.
