Issue

The modi string 𑘐𑘹𑘨𑘹 (GA + VOWEL SIGN E + RA + VOWEL SIGN E) renders like this:

with no sign of the second VOWEL SIGN E. I think it's being rendered in a way that overlaps the first vowel sign E.

The situation is also present when the first vowel is a VOWEL SIGN O

It's unclear to me what the preferred ligature is here, though this Modi font does this (shown here for the string 𑘐𑘻𑘨𑘹𑘐𑘰𑘽𑘪𑘎𑘨)
