Issue

Some letters get glyphs with Long, Short, or XShort in their names, indicating a non-default advance width, in certain contexts. Most of the 'calt' lookups take previous 'calt' lookups’ contextual glyphs into account, but there is one exception. Medial and final U+0848 and U+0849 only get their Short forms after the default forms of U+0848, but that rule should apply after the Long and Short forms of U+0848 too. Based on the outcome of #2 I infer these contextualizations were meant to be applied consistently and that this exception was not intentional.
