Per ibmdb/node-ibm_db#276 (comment), it appears to be impossible to compile nan against v0.12.x with a recent version of xcode due to a snafu in v8.h.

Since this isn't going to be fixed upstream, my suggestion is to make it official that v0.12 is no longer supported and drop support for v0.10 in the process.
