Basically we need both https://nodejs.org/apple-touch-icon.png and https://nodejs.org/static/apple-touch-icon.png to redirect to https://nodejs.org/static/images/favicons/apple-touch-icon.png.

Similarly for favicon.ico and favicon.png.

Sorry but I'm going to have to defer this for ~8h or so unless someone else with access and confidence in this code wants to do it. I'm heading for bed and breaking the website when I clock off is not something I want to be responsible for.

Alright, I kept only the CSS redirect in this PR so that we reduce the chances to break something. I'll make another PR for the rest of the redirects.
