As he's not, I propose we add him.

EDIT: Not sure if we normally give justification, but just to be thorough:

• Michele works for Nearform, so there are plenty of Collaborators to vouch for him.
• He's already done a bunch of work for us, most recently at the collaborator summit.
• He's already a member of the org.
