Motivation
This repository should no longer install or run
govulncheck.Summary
Removed the tool version declaration, install target, check target, dedicated workflow, and supporting repository references.
Testing
Dry runs of the aggregate check and tool installation targets confirmed that neither invokes
govulncheck. The unit test target passed with network access disabled.
