Crash when window minimised on Windows with Intel ARC GPU

Installed version: ngscopeclient-windows-x64-v0.1.msi
OS: Windows 10
GPU: Intel Arc A370M

When ngscopeclient is minimised, it crashes a couple of seconds later. 

Running with `--debug`
