Proposed changes
Replace vladopajic/go-test-coverage with CodeCov due to the license no longer being compatible. Code coverage reports will be uploaded to CodeCov where the coverage can be viewed. If a PR introduces changes that fall underneath the coverage threshold, the PR will be blocked.
