There are a few items left:

• confirm button to right: I didn't find a way to change the order of the buttons. But the admin only sees this notification once in is life. So I would say that this point is not super urgent
• add link to survey notification: Don't remember what was meant here. You can click the notification to go to the corresponding admin settings. What other link do we want?
• line-height needs to be fixed: no idea what was meant here, looks good to me
