WebRTC should adjust this automatically and reduce resolution / frame rate if the PC gets too slow / has insufficient bandwidth. I think there are some additional constraints that might need to be set for this (at least the CPU part).

Regardless, there should be an option for users to setup their default video settings.

The issue is not the resolution of frame rate, but the video at all gets then more responsive. Maybe we could raise this limit later, but for now it made all a bit better and worked "fluffy" ;)
