Bug description

Uploading documents to the system does not show upload success message

Steps to reproduce

1. Log in to the system.
2. Click the Add New button.
3. Click "Upload file".
4. Select the document to upload.
5. Confirmation.

Expected behavior

Show "Document Upload Successful" message
