Steps to reproduce

1. upload a docx document, save
2. download it from passman
3. open with word

Expected behaviour

the original document should open

Actual behaviour

word can't open it
content of the file is
data:application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document;base64, ... encoded text

does not happen with other extension like .txt or .pdf
