Media viewer - Inconsistent color of photo/video title #4185

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a photo in media viewer
2. Rotate phone to horizontal (wide) view
3. Swipe between photos of dark and light background
4. Observe photo title color doesn't always get updated according to the background

Expected behaviour

Title color should switch between black and white to be visible on top of both dark and light photos.

Actual behaviour

Title color remains the same color on top of both dark and light photos.

Reasoning or why should it be changed/implemented?

The current behaviour of the new media viewer makes photo/video titles unreadable in some cases:
