[stable-34.0] Enable removal of downloaded items on a folder - #10342

- Requires traversal and re-enumeration of all parent folders to reveal the custom action for removing all downloaded descendants - Separate custom action is required due to the different label for parent folders which have at some materialized file somewhere below them Signed-off-by: Iva Horn <[email protected]>
- Now removing translated strings which equal their untranslated key for every language but the source language - Added platform requirement of at least macOS 13 so other destinations are not suggested by Xcode Signed-off-by: Iva Horn <[email protected]>
