[Bug]: windows/vfs case clash item deleted within folders on-demand #9736

Bug description

case clash conflicting items may be deleted when using virtual files on Windows

Steps to reproduce

1. Create server side 2 case clash conflicting folders: perso/hello and perso/Hello
2. Setup a synchronization folder using virtual files on Windows
3. Access perso folder using the files manager
4. See only one folder being created (limitation from Windows file system)
5. Trigger synchronization and check fro deletions
6. the absent folder should not be deleted

Expected behavior

The case clash conflicting item must not be deleted
