Client (not account) settings will receive a toggle to select VFS or classic mode

Wording will be non technical e.g. "Virtual Files" => "on demand"

Wording will be pro VFS to discourage the user to switch to classic sync

Disabling VFS needs to disable all active file provider domains

• to do: check unsynced changes

Hints/popups on implication when changing

First start "migration"

• during the first start of the new client, existing accounts need to be evaluated on the current mode
• global mode setting needs to be set based on exiting accounts
