Issue: Activated in the settings "Skip invation for closed Circles". After Activating this, there is no way to add persons to a personal circle. Error in the Logs:
Log: {"circle_id":"xxx","user_id":"User","user_type":1,"display":"User","error":"You cannot join this circle"}
Deactivating the Setting "Skip invation for closed Circles", everything works.

Expected outcome: The setting Skip invation no influence to personal Circles.
