[Bug]: Apps.plugin - High CPU usage #21289

Hello,
I am running the latest nightly (v2.7.0-231-nightly), but I think it has been like this for a little while, and I noticed that Apps.plugin starts using a lot of CPU. It seems related to qBittorent running in docker in my case (that's the process that makes the most impact), but it could be related to other processes too.
Here is a screenshot of the CPU when killing and restarting qBit container, so it's not instentaneous.
After a few hours it will eventully rise up again like this
What could be causing this ? I didn't notived this behavious in the past.
Expected behavior
Less CPU usage
Steps to reproduce
- Use the latest nightly
- Run qBittorent in docker
- Notice the CPU usage
