Use the installer script from the pinned Ollama
v0.32.0release and pass the same version to its artifact resolver. This removes the movinglatestinstaller/artifact race while preserving the existing model setup.Scope
This PR only hardens native smoke provisioning; it does not change screenshot thresholds or VHS timeouts.
