docs: add Community section pointing to netdev.chat #ai#149

Adds a Community section pointing to netdev.chat #ai as the right home for MCP-related chat, integrations, and use case sharing. Funnels broader discussion to the existing NetBox community channel rather than enabling per-repo GitHub Discussions (raised in #131). Also replaces four em dashes in existing prose with colons or periods for voice consistency. Hyphens inside compound modifiers like "read-only" and "first-class" stay.
