⚠Security Hardening Tasks #1241
Description
The code base is going through significant security hardening changes and thus some installation methods might not work.

- Home assistant installation check
- Debian 12 Bare metal installation check
- Debian 13 Bare metal installation check
- Proxmox installation check
- Docker compose migration check
- Check TIMEZONE is set correctly across settings, cron, UI, logs
- Document the migration
- Stop startup if migration not performed
- Check if GRAPHQL_PORT setting is updated correctly as per docs: https://jokob-sk.github.io/NetAlertX/INSTALLATION_DOCKER/?h=override#docker-environment-variables
- Check if Maintenance -> Logs -> Restart backend is working
- In app logs should be visible in portainer too
