Description
Is there an existing issue for this?
- I have searched the existing open and closed issues and I checked the docs https://jokob-sk.github.io/NetAlertX/
The issue occurs in the following browsers. Select at least 2.
- Firefox
- Chrome
- Edge
- Safari (unsupported) - PRs welcome
- N/A - This is an issue with the backend
Current Behavior
Latest version (v25.7.30) has an issue with the application UI state I think where navigating away from the "Tools" tab of a device will cause the UI to become stuck the next time a device is opened.
The only way to "reset" it that I've found is to click on the reload button in the app on the top right.
I've tested it on multiple browsers and it happens on all of them with no errors in the console or broken requests, leading me to believe that it might be a backend issue.
Expected Behavior
Navigation should work with no issues
Steps To Reproduce
- Click on any device
- Go to "Tools" tab
- Go back to the devices list
- Click on a device
- UI is now stuck with the "Loading" overlay
app.conf
docker-compose.yml
What installation are you running?
Production (netalertx)
app.log
No response
Debug enabled
- I have read and followed the steps in the wiki link above and provided the required debug logs and the log section covers the time when the issue occurs.
