Is there an existing issue for this?

The issue occurs in the following browsers. Select at least 2.

• Firefox
• Chrome
• Edge
• Safari (unsupported) - PRs welcome
• N/A - This is an issue with the backend

Current Behavior

Since I have updated my version to the latest 25.7.30, I cannot create a new device.
When I press the new device button, it open the form, but can't fill any of the input. Loading icon is stille present and saying "Quering device info..." at the top of the page.

In Chrome, the page keeps refreshing, I can fill the input, but nothing happened when I press "Save" button.

In Firefox or Edge or Maxthon (Chromium based) I just cannot fill the input in the form

Expected Behavior

Just fill the input and saving the form for creating new device manually
